We are seeking a friendly, professional and organised Centre Administrator (Full-Time, 7.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday) for our Children’s Therapy Centre Hawthorn VIC
The Opportunity

  • Acting as the first point of contact when families reach out to our service;
  • Co-ordinating student intake, enrolment and exits 
  • Collecting patient information, maintaining patient privacy and accurate data entry;
  • Answering customer enquiries via phone/web/email;
  • Building rapport/positive relationships with our valued clients;
  • Accounts receivable;
  • General administration work, such as stock check and orders 
  • Be a part of a dynamic, fun team in an exciting new purpose-fit out centre providing leading early intervention therapy 

What Do I Need to Join

  • Strong customer service and communication skills – face-to-face, via telephone and in written correspondence with the ability to build rapport with clients and families;
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail;
  • A can-do, positive attitude and team player;
  • Good computer skills and Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
  • Experience with practice management software will be advantageous;
  • Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check and First Aid certificate;
