We are seeking a friendly, professional and organised Centre Administrator (Full-Time, 7.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday) for our Children’s Therapy Centre Hawthorn VIC.
The Opportunity
- Acting as the first point of contact when families reach out to our service;
- Co-ordinating student intake, enrolment and exits
- Collecting patient information, maintaining patient privacy and accurate data entry;
- Answering customer enquiries via phone/web/email;
- Building rapport/positive relationships with our valued clients;
- Accounts receivable;
- General administration work, such as stock check and orders
- Be a part of a dynamic, fun team in an exciting new purpose-fit out centre providing leading early intervention therapy
What Do I Need to Join
- Strong customer service and communication skills – face-to-face, via telephone and in written correspondence with the ability to build rapport with clients and families;
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail;
- A can-do, positive attitude and team player;
- Good computer skills and Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
- Experience with practice management software will be advantageous;
- Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check and First Aid certificate;
