This Members Club boasts a highly regarded Championship Golf Course, with Member and Function facilities. An ideal venue for all types of Functions, including Seminars, Corporate events, Private Celebrations, Weddings and of course Golf Days.
We are currently seeking experienced casual F&B staff, and a casual F&B Supervisor to join a new and vibrant team capable of undertaking the responsibility of stepping up to support our Management team in supervising other staff and functions as required.
The daily operation of our Member/Function bar includes daytime hours as well as night-time and weekends, setting up and serving both food & beverage, as well as establishing and building positive and sustainable relationships with our Members and guests.
The casual supervisory position will include hands on bar, coffee & food service, as well as being responsible for supervising other staff, reconciling tills, locking and securing the venue at the close of trade, and supporting the Operations Manager as required.
The successful applicant/s must be able to work efficiently and productively in a small dynamic team, as well as adapting to the different types of functions that we host.
Applicants for this position must be above all be energetic, possess a friendly and welcoming personality, excellent grooming and attention to detail, and be able to quickly develop a rapport with Members and peers. Leadership experience will be highly regarded. Both of these roles are very hands on and would suit someone who champions customer service and positive interaction with others.
