Newmarch House is one or our residential care homes located in Kingswood. A well-established home, it provides a friendly community for 100 residents. 

Bringing a smile to someone’s face is one the greatest joys in life.  If you can provide high standards of care while cheerfully supporting older people, we’d love you to join our team.

Our Carers work with empathy and respect. They care for residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs, and enjoy the richness of working closely with people.

Casual opportunities are now available. Hours are varied and will include mornings, afternoon and overnight shifts across Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities:

•Help residents live each day with dignity by responding to their unique physical and emotional needs
•Helping with showering, dressing and eating
•Uphold high care standards by following procedures
•Contribute to care plans by documenting information as required

Skills, knowledge and experience needed:

•Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
•Previous experience in Aged Care
•Excellent communication skills
•A commitment to the Christian values in Anglicare
