The Role

The Maker Designer Kitchens is seeking a Cabinet Maker Site Supervisor to support our trades in the day to day installation of our Cabinetry and supplementary Stone and Glazing products.

Duties and Responsibilities will include

• Decision making to facilitate cabinet installation on time and in full
• Uphold The Maker Designer Kitchen’s excellence and high quality reputation
• Regularly liaise with clients and other stakeholders to provide positive outcomes and exceptional service
• Clear, solution focussed direction
• Ensure company policies and procedures are upheld

About you

• Driven and ready to step up to the next stage in your cabinet making career
• Strong background in residential kitchen cabinetry and installation
• Good understanding and appreciation of construction process
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of glazing products including shower screens and mirrored robe doors
• Recognised cabinetmaking qualifications and a minimum 7 years industry experience
• Confident verbal and written communicator
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Computer literate, working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook
• Willingness to be part of a work safe/home safe culture
• Actively support best practice and Do it once/Do it Right
• Possess a Construction White Card
• Possess a Driver’s Licence.
