The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the effort to build, maintain and improve the business systems, data and processes that internally power the business. 

Responsibilities:

Enable the business strategy through IT Ops

Own, maintain, integrate and improve internal business systems

Provide timely, accurate and relevant data to the business

Enable, improve & automate business processes

Support business in defining and complying with internal business policy

Deliver change projects in agreed timeframes and budget

Manage a small team of technical data engineers, analysts and administrators

Endpoint security and access control

Experience and qualifications you’ll bring:

Tertiary or equivalent qualification in an IT or computer science field

Extensive experience in an IT management, business systems, data architecture field

Proven experience managing technical people, processes and workstreams

Industry qualification in service management or project management

Good understanding of enterprise application suites – Martech, CRM, Customer Service, Finance, HR, iPaaS, AWS/Azure, ETL, Data Warehousing
