Business Services Manager
Have we got a fantastic opportunity for you! Girl Guides Queensland, a NFP membership-based charity, is the largest youth organisation for girls and young women in Queensland – and we are evolving!
This new role will manage the Finance, Administration, Property, HR, IT functions and data strategies within the organisation. Working closely with the CEO you will be a critical member of the Management Team and will assist in maturing a new business model for this 100-year-old charity.
This is a hands-on, busy, and wonderful opportunity to use your wide variety of skills and experiences. Ideally you can demonstrate experience in a similar position where you have successfully supported a change management process.
You will be inquisitive, have the ability to make the most of resources, meet deadlines, and sustain high quality outputs with quality accurate documentation. Your strong interpersonal skills, organisational management, process orientated thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential.
It’s really important that you are a flexible, motivated and collaborative professional. You will thrive on working discretely with a sense of humour and efficiency as you support fundamental change that will ultimately empower girls and young women in Queensland.
