We are seeking a Business Relationship Advisor to join the team on the Gold Coast. This is a six-month, full-time fixed-term contact role to cover a period of parental/maternity leave.
The role is based in our Southport office, however regular travel will be required across the Gold Coast. You will be provided with a company car, laptop and mobile phone to perform the role while enjoying the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off (ADO).
The focus of this role is to connect with local employers, industry groups and job seekers to broker sustainable employment and traineeship opportunities, market ETC’s services and identify new business opportunities.

Someone who can strike up a conversation with anyone and deliver exceptional outcomes! You need a positive, â€˜can-doâ€™ attitude and the ability to engage effectively with local industry, community groups and jobseekers to actively promote ETCâ€™s services and increase business. You thrive in a team environment and can influence diverse groups to work cohesively to achieve consistently strong performance outcomes. Ideally you have a solid background in sales or account-management, highly-developed negotiation skills and demonstrable experience achieving KPI’s or targets.
Essential experience, qualifications and skills:
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check
