The role:

the Operations Analyst role conducts analysis and research into existing operational processes and applications to support new products and enhancement rollout.

As a key member of the operations team you will support on day-to-day issue resolution, testing and user training, as well as project change management and communications in order to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work on a variety of exciting projects accross RPA, Automation and many more process imporovement initiatives.

You are:

  • Experience in General Insurance or Retail Insurance
  • Experience with RPA/Automation is highly regarded
  • Prioritisation & organisational skills
  • Process review & improvement experience
  • Change management & process re-engineering skills
  • Impeccable leadership & stakeholder engagement skills
