We are seeking motivated Building Managers with experience in Building Management or similar areas with transferable skills. 

Together with your experience we will support you to develop new skills and knowledge within a growing industry.

 

About the role

As a Building Manager you will be responsible for the daily property operations and report directly to our Operations Manager who will provide you with direction and support. 

You will be responsibility for building positive relationships with residents through great customer service and the delivery of an annual maintenance program

You will work with the Operations Manager to implement an annual maintenance plan which includes working with contractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. You must be well organised and have a pro-active work ethic to ensure action items are completed on time. 

You will be supported by our administration team who provide training and guidance to develop your knowledge of company processes and procedures.

 

About you

You must be confident to work under limited direction. You must be focused on follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time and be able to keep accurate records.

You must have well developed communication skills and be able to follow guidelines and procedures. You must have intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn to use other building management systems given training and support.
