We are located in the Inner West & offer 2 Bars, Gaming, Restaurant, Function, TAB & Keno facilities.
We are looking for motivated individuals with exceptional customer service to drive sales whilst ensuring our guests have a great experience.
We’re also offering a full time opportunity in our bistro for a Restaurant Manager.
Our team are responsible for greeting and assisting our patrons, proactively ensuring customer satisfaction
We are seeking an individuals with:
.Current RSA & RCG for our bar, gaming, keno & tab roles;
.Great communication skills;
·Impeccable grooming and presentation standards;
·A pleasant, approachable and friendly demeanor;
·An ability to work a flexible roster inclusive of days, nights and weekends;
·An understanding of the importance of great customer service
.A genuine desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
·Confidence in liaising with customers and staff at all levels;
·Previous experience is desirable;
