The Role

We are keen to welcome an experienced automotive mechanic to our team at Echelon Automotive. This role provides great exposure to a wide variety of mechanical and body work including but not limited to:-

• Servicing all makes and models from classics to electric vehicles
• Mechanical diagnosis
• Lift kits for 4WDs
• Fit outs
• Bull bars, roll bars

We offer ongoing professional development, with on-the-job development as well as access to the Auto/Mate training program.

Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience.

About You

You will be an experienced, certified automotive mechanic who is seeking more variety in your work, as well as a respectful, positive workplace. With a great customer service approach and a passion for cars, you will have a strong focus on quality and take pride in your work. 

An open manual driver’s licence and solid experience in full servicing and mechanical diagnosis will be essential. Training can be provided for the other various services we provide such as fit outs.

We are open to mechanics who enjoy being elbow deep in mechanical work and / or someone wanting to progress to a more customer facing and/or leadership role in the future.
