We are seeking a motivated, positive AND driven individual looking for a long term career in the Real Estate Industry. You must value customer service and show initiative when solving problems.
You will work alongside our amazing team of Property Managers (Awarded 2019 PM Team of the Year) and our supportive Director of Property Management (Awarded 2019 & 2021 PM of the Year). This means you will be supported, trained and mentored by the best!
Your role will include (but is not limited to):
- Assist our Property Managers in their duties
- Reception/General Office Administration
- Liaise with both Tenants and Owners as required
- Organise and manage home opens
- Conduct routine inspections (PCR’s outsourced).
We will provide all the necessary training and mentoring you will need to succeed in your role. We will provide development opportunities with the view of progressing you to the position of Property Manager, entrusted with managing your own portfolio.
We are seeking candidates who have the following:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanour with a positive attitude
- Driven, motivated and career orientated
- Proficient IT skills
- Ability to work un-supervised and within a TEAM
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Current Property Management Registration (preferred)
- Current Australian drivers licence (essential)
