Endeavour Air Conditioning is a well established professional  air conditioning company who have  been servicing our clients’ needs for over 30 years. Our work includes commercial and residential service/maintenance.  We have a very proficient team and offer an excellent opportunity for a motivated, well organised, practical and reliable person to grow into our expanding service team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager, who will be responsible for a smooth workflow and various aspects of the commercial/residential service department. You will, ideally, be a technician with a solid, successful background in Sales in the air conditioning or a related industry. 

You will have a team of technician, apprentices and admin staff reporting you. 

Skills and experience

Successful applicant will have:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• Knowledge and experience in air-conditioning industry
• Knowledge of WHS policy and procedure
• Excellent Communication skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to both be proactive and follow instructions as required
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Driver’s license
• Computer literate

Salary $100,000 pa + super

Vehicle, phone and uniforms will be provided.

• Experience in sales and obtaining maintenance contracts
• Technical knowledge about air conditioning
• Managing projects to time, budget and quality
• People management skills
