GLiNTECH is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Agile Software Consultant to join our amazing Consulting team.

 

What will I be doing?

The main duties of this role are:

  • Working collaboratively with the GLiNTECH delivery team to help clients succeed with Jira Software and Advanced Roadmaps
  • Facilitating requirements gathering workshops and providing best-in-class solutions
  • Developing various agile related technical solutions based on Atlassian and GLiNTECH best practice
  • Implementing solutions for our clients using Atlassian Cloud and Data Center platforms
  • Assisting colleagues on complex projects, providing coaching and cross-skilling where appropriate
  • Understanding and delivering effective change management and training for successful projects
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders on business needs and contribute to new services and packages
  • Assist in demo meetings with clients, presenting the tools and solutions and helping uncover commercial opportunities
  • Longer term, we’ll help you to grow and mature the ‘agile at scale’ practice, taking a lead in growing this capability.

About you:

  • You have a consulting mindset; you can isolate problems, identify solutions and manage expectations effectively
  • You have first hand experience with agile practices and understand the problems that modern company’s doing ‘agile at scale’ face
  • You can communicate and present information effectively, adapting your style to suit the audience
  • You have a passion for technology and can learn new software quickly, becoming and expert and advocate fast
  • Experience configuring or administering Atlassian software (e.g. Jira, bitbucket, Confluence, etc.) is highly regarded
  • You’re able to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management
  • You aren’t phased in highly ambiguous environments, and can prioritise tasks to execute accordingly
  • You have a ‘can-do’ attitude with the desire to contribute to a high-performing team
  • You have the right to work full-time in Australia

After being shortlisted, you will receive a phone call so we can get to know you beyond your application. If you are successful to go to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.

In this interview we will share our company vision, culture and team dynamics. We will chat about the position, opportunities for growth and hear why you are a good fit for this role. If we are all happy to continue, you will then have the opportunity for a 2nd Zoom interview.

This 2nd interview is about the technical aspects of the role and your experience. A team member, the Hiring Manager and a Director will attend this meeting and if successful, an employment offer will be made within 72 hours.
