The Company:
This Membership organisation in the CBD has strong links to organisations across South Australia and New South Wales and has a small, friendly team based in the Adelaide CBD.
The Role:
- Assist with general enquiries, administrative duties and member service activities to ensure the best customer service for all stakeholders
- Attend to and re-direct as appropriate all general telephone and face-to-face enquiries
- Invoicing and Petty Cash reconciliations
- Maintain all facets of member filing system
- Maintain supplies of office stationery, membership promotional material and other collateral
- Actively participate and report on work in progress at the weekly team meetings.
- Aid in the smooth running of the SA/NSW Office
The Person:
Seeking a switched-on and professional administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
This role is offered on a full time basis with standard office hours – initially on a 12 week contract.
