Natural Fresh Juices Nippy’s is the Sales and Distribution arm of Nippy’s Fruit Juices Pty Ltd servicing Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales & Queensland. Proudly distributing a 100% Australian Family Owned Family Made brand and product for over 25 years has become our staple at the Natural Fresh Juices Family.

We are seeking a highly motivated and vibrant individual to provide administrative support within our fast moving office environment. The ideal person will have great interpersonal skills and will be keen to learn and develop their knowledge through this role. 
Reporting to Management, your responsibilities will include;

  • Processing and confirming orders through CRM, sales and inventory systems
  • Reporting to management and conducting accounts related duties when required
  • Responds to all telephone enquiries and referral information requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Update internal systems with customer and client information
  • Liaise and work with warehouse team (freight in/out, booking freight)
  • Preparation and printing of orders and invoices
  • All further administrative duties including creation/collation of documents, filling, scanning and other ad-hoc duties

Skills / Experience

  • Computer literate at intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
  • Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
  • A sense of humour, good energy levels and an engaging personality
  • Distribution, Logistics or Warehousing experience *Must Have
  • Xero, Inventory and CRM skills (preferred but not essential)
