Amovita is looking for the right person who will come to love our organisation and work as much as our team does. We are looking for a professional to join us in a dynamic Administration Officer role. This role supports the day to day operations of the organisation and the team across all our services and programs. The Administration Officer coordinates our administration and operational processes in our Employee Assistance and Training Programs, supports our social media sites, supports our budget and financial systems, responds to client enquiries and proposals, manages diary scheduling, answers the phone and supports client scheduling.
This role is wonderfully diverse and every day at Amovita is interesting. We are looking for someone who is able to work flexibility from home and in the office, a professional who is positive and highly motivated. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a high paced environment in a team that enjoys what they do and knows how to have fun. This role is for someone who will support our achievements.
