About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Administration Assistant Pathways & Partnerships to join the College on an ongoing part-time basis (0.4 FTE), commencing 2022.
The Admin Assistant Pathways & Partnerships will provide administration support to the Leader of Pathways & Partnerships, including supporting the VET and other pathway programs and RTO requirements, as well as maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have experience in careers/pathways preferably in a school setting or similar, and sound understanding of VET and RTO opportunities for students. The successful applicant will also have strong administrative skills and experience with a range of digital tools, and experience in data management. In addition, the successful candidate will be supportive of the Marist and Catholic ethos and demonstrate commitment to our ongoing child safeguarding principles.
