Administration Assistant

Job Location: Yarra Valley & High Country

$25 – $34.99 per hour

Alexandra and Yea Premix is expanding and is looking to fill various roles with hopes to make a great team for 2022.

We are looking for a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join us with room to move to Full-Time as the business continues to grow

• General business administration include use of Xero, Excel, copying, filing and record-keeping

• Processes invoices, payroll, purchase orders, expense reports and maintains organised records

• Collecting data and maintaining records

• Screens and responds to telephone calls

• Email composing and responses. 



• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Familiarity with XERO is essential. 

• Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functions

• Ability to use general office equipment

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency and experience in working with Microsoft business software including Outlook, Word and Excel 

• Excellent time management, organisation, communication, and customer service skills
