We are looking for a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join us with room to move to Full-Time as the business continues to grow
â€¢ General business administration include use of Xero, Excel, copying, filing and record-keeping
â€¢ Processes invoices, payroll, purchase orders, expense reports and maintains organised records
â€¢ Collecting data and maintaining records
â€¢ Screens and responds to telephone calls
â€¢ Email composing and responses.
â€¢ A minimum of 3 yearsâ€™ experience in a similar role
â€¢ Familiarity with XERO is essential.
â€¢ Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functions
â€¢ Ability to use general office equipment
â€¢ Professional verbal and written communication skills
â€¢ Proficiency and experience in working with Microsoft business software including Outlook, Word and Excel
â€¢ Excellent time management, organisation, communication, and customer service skills
