Administration Assistant
THE ROLE
The primary objective of our Administration Assistant is to ensure the continued success of the Operations department by supporting and assisting the Managers with all administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow. In this role, you will also:
- Liaise with our clients and provide excellent customer service
- Log jobs into our job management system
- Manage invoice and billing
- Various other administration duties
The role on offer is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. You must have full working rights in Australia to be eligible to apply for this role. The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks including a national police check.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking an outgoing person that prioritises presentation and leaves a good impression on people they first meet. The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel)
- Professional telephone manner
- A keen eye for detail
- Superior communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
