Administration and Office Support for Construction Company

$25 – $29.99 per hour

We are looking for the right person to join our office construction team to provide support in accounts, administration and social media content creation. 


It is a full time role suitable for for someone looking to enter the construction industry

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working in administration in the construction industry is ideal but not essential
  • Experience with data entry is required
  • Experience answering phones, passing messages is essential
  • Experience working on social media platforms


Tasks & responsibilities


  • Answering office phone and taking messages or responding to queries
  • Review and Process invoices into accounting software
  • General Administration Duties to support clients and staff
  • Monthly Social Media content creation and scheduling
