  • You will be wanting to contribute to the effective running of a busy practice
  • Admin support will include: booking appointments; organising meetings; prompt friendly management of incoming calls; organising files/documents and correspondence; liaison with external stakeholders in a professional manner; monitoring office supplies and other office duties
  • Qualifications and experience: strong administration skills and experience is essential; competent and efficient management of processes and procedures; medical or allied health background is advantageous but not necessary
  • The successful candidate will need to have: working with vulnerable people check; police check; complete mandatory in-house training modules
