About the Position:
We are seeking a bright and professional admin and receptionist to join our team. The role is based in Ringwood, Victoria and provides flexible work hours.
The position involves general office administration as required of a customer service representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills working in a team environment with strict attention to detail. Strong computer and organizational skills are also essential.
Skills and Experience:
- Administrative support to the operations manager
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails and correspondence
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Highly organised and ability to priorities
- Team player, energetic and independent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
