About your new role:

Working as an integral member of the Finance team this position is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient running of all Accounts Payable functions for both Baptistcare and Aurum Catering throughout WA.

Duties:

  • Monthly Reconciliation
  • Month end accruals
  • Collating financial analysis and compliance reports
  • Responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable ledger
  • Petty cash reconciliations
  • Maintain register and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Respond to all accounts payable queries and liaise with key stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work with a high degree of initiative
  • Proficiency in all MS Office suites
  • Previous experience using a large ERP system (we use Epicor Enterprise)
  • Previous experience within an aged care or community services environment
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccination
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medial
