$48,000 p.a. (for 4 days per week) + bonus

Beasley Group is a family business with a diverse range of activities spanning biotechnology, property development, property investments, lending to property developers and luxury boutique accommodation venues. 

We’re recruiting an Accounts and Administration Officer to join our team for 4 days per week (30.4 hours).  For the right candidate, we may increase the role to full-time 5 days per week. 

In this role you will work with our team to:

  • perform the bookkeeping function for businesses in the Beasley Group
  • perform the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function for businesses in the Beasley Group
  • perform the reconciliation of rental income
  • perform the payroll function – experience is preferred, but not essential
  • oversee property management matters for a portfolio of real estate properties, including a luxury boutique resort in the Whitsundays
  • provide other administrative support services for our Beasley Group businesses
  • maintain accurate business records in our internal digital data room.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • the right personality fit – a trustworthy person with a can-do attitude who is self-motivated, hard-working and committed to producing high quality work to meet deadlines
  • a minimum 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping and/or AP-AR
  • experience using Xero software (preferred, but not essential)
  • excellent general computer skills, communication skills and organisational skills
  • availability to work at least 30.4 hours over 4 days per week, but this must include Mondays
  • availability to commence as soon as possible, but no later than Monday, 24 January 2022.

As part of this package, you will have use of a parking space at our Milton office.
