Belle Banne Conveyors are a dynamic and growing business within the mining and materials handling industry located in Dandenong South.
This role represents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join an admin team in a challenging role assisting the Branch Manager and Accounts Team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
– Strong focus and attention on detail
– Willingness to work in a relaxed friendly team environment, but also the determination to work under pressure as per the demands of the role during peak periods.
– Excellent time management skills
– Proficient communication skills (phone answering will be part of the role)
– Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, Word and Excel
– MYOB and / or Epicor skills definitely a bonus
Responsibilities and tasks that would become part
of this role are:
– Data entry
– Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
– Filing / Systems Control
– Liaising with customers & suppliers
– Assist in managing databases (purchase orders, customer orders, quotes)
-Assist management team with adhoc duties
Salary will be according to relevant experience.
