ACI Australian Civil Industries are seeking a Part Time Accountant – 3 Days per week 

• Position within a Family owned Business within Labour Hire / Civil / Equipment Hire
• Immediate Start if available 

Seeking:

We are looking for a positive individual with construction industry experience that can work within a small team and is driven by supporting the department & company. 

• Permanent Part-time Accounting role
• 3 days per week (flexible) 
• Fast moving business, 3 divisions with reactional decisions at times. 
• Immediately available or short-notice candidates are encouraged to apply
• Melbourne South-East location
• Competitive Hourly Rate Paid !

Duties:

• Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll Support 
• Transaction processing and bank reconciliation
• PAYGW, Payroll Tax and BAS reporting
• Working in a small team
• coordinating weekly analytics and supporting the working capital and cashflow forecast process
• Workcover and insurances
• Intercompany transactions
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Liaising with ATO
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow management
• Ad hoc analysis
• Job costing
• Project claims and retentions

Do you possess the following skills and attributes?

• Experience using MYOB 
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills 
• Experience in construction industry
